Urgent Hiring: ERP Project Implementation Leader & IT Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive ERP Project Implementation Leader & IT Operations professional to join our team. This dual-role position is critical for the successful migration to and ongoing management of our ERP system across various divisions, as well as overseeing essential IT operations.

As the ERP Implementation Leader (Project Owner) , you will take full responsibility for the successful implementation of our ERP system. You will lead a dedicated ERP Organization structure team, comprising members from each functional business area (Construction, Services, Metal Factory, and Trading Divisions).

Key Responsibilities as ERP Implementation Leader:


  • - Project Ownership: Lead the entire ERP implementation project, ensuring a smooth migration and effective ongoing management.
  • - Module Selection: Strategically select the necessary ERP modules tailored to the specific needs of the Construction, Services, Metal Factory, and Trading Divisions.
  • - Financial Reporting: Ensure and manage robust Profit Center / Cost Center reporting capabilities through the ERP system.
  • - Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and develop the ERP implementation team from each functional division, fostering efficient management of ERP processes and output.
  • - Performance Monitoring: Prepare monthly and quarterly performance dashboards for each division and monitor business unit performance against forecasts.
  • - Pre-Tendering Support: Ensure comprehensive ERP support for the pre-tendering activities within the Construction Division.
  • - System Integrity: Guarantee the sustainability of the ERP system, promptly resolve issues, and safeguard data confidentiality.
  • - Approval Matrix Management: Set up and monitor the correct approval matrix within the ERP system for the entire organization.
  • - System Monitoring & Security: Regularly monitor ERP system performance and security, proactively troubleshooting any issues.
  • - User Account Management: Create and manage ERP user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive user manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each ERP module, covering systems, processes, and configurations.
  • - User Training: Provide thorough training and support to staff on the new ERP system and its report generation capabilities.
  • - Policy Development: Assist in developing and enforcing ERP user policies and procedures.
  • - Bug Resolution: Respond to and resolve ERP bugs and issues promptly, creating service requests with solution providers as needed.

As the IT Operations Scope (IT Administration Team Leader) , you will oversee essential IT infrastructure and support, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities as IT Operations Leader:


  • - Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure new hardware and software for all users.
  • - System Monitoring: Regularly monitor overall system performance and security, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • - User Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across all IT systems.
  • - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and configurations.
  • - Training: Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and tools.
  • - Policy Development: Help develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • - Updates & Patches: Ensure all systems are updated with the latest software patches and security updates.
  • - Incident Response: Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Package

(Based on experience and skill set, this package can vary)

  • - Monthly Basic Salary: SAR 10,000
  • - Transport Allowance: SAR 1,000
  • - Accommodation: SAR 30,000 (Yearly)
  • - Vacation: 30 days due after 12 months of service, as per Qiwa regulations following Saudi labor law.
  • - Contract Duration: 3-month probation period, followed by a permanent staff employment contract as per Saudi Labor Law upon confirmation.
